The EM101H range of LED emergency module is designed to suite the compact internal size of lighting fixtures for its emergency mode. It suits for almost panel luminaires, bulkheads, spotlights, downlights, and weatherproof fixtures, etc. EM101H can convert almost all LED module or arrays to emergency operation,its working voltage is from 20V to 200V,It covers both low voltage 20-55V and high voltage 55-200V as from others manufacturers.This converter is installed into the connection between the mains LED driver and the LED arrays and allows the LED to be operated as normal under mains healthy conditions, on and off function normally. And it also operated at nominal light output in an emergency case of power off. The new and improved LiFePO4 battery pack can provide more than 3 hours emergency load.

The P series emergency power supply is a low-voltage constant-current output emergency power supply dedicated to LEDs. When the power supply is normal, the inverter makes the emergency lighting battery pack in a charging and standby state; when the power is cut off, the inverter starts immediately, and the power supply is converted to the battery pack to continue lighting. Lamps, the conversion time is less than 0.5 seconds. Matching batteries of different capacities, the emergency lighting time can reach 1-3 hours, and it is suitable for driving external LED emergency lamps with a power of 1-150W;

It works with the most LED arrays of ceiling luminaires between 20V and 130V. Due to compact and curved size, we have to reselect the components to install on PCB (printed circuits board) and maintain the same high performance, 3 hours emergency duration. No compromised Electric Performance This EM118H will convert almost all ceiling lights to emergency operation after mains power failure, for most of LED luminares factories. The converter is installed into the connection between the mains LED driver and the LEDs arrays. Its working ambient temperature covers from 0℃ to 55℃ degree, meanwhile its storage temperatures can accept upto 70℃ degree. The Emtrons’ Poweriod™ LiFePo4 battery pack can provide more than three(3) hours emergency load. . PCB Module Product We provide this PCB module to our partners, as semi-assemble product. The EM118H range is designed for three versions, which integrates as Manual Testing, Auto Testing and DALI 2.0 version, also furthermore Central Battery (CB) version. This EM120H with 30W emergency power is remarkable product from Emtrons, play key role in Emtrons product portfolio. This emergency driver is perfectly and precisely designed for LED high bay luminaires and LED flood lights for smart industrial applications. Its output voltage supports from 30V to 250V DC LED loads, which can covers almost every fitting in warehouse, schools, facade lighting applications. Die-casting aluminium housing with integrated high capacity Poweriod™ LiFePO4 battery, makes it as IP 65 & IK08, to supply the fitting with 3hours emergency time. This EM120H still remains the capacity to work with 42W 3 hours emergency modules.
