The P series emergency power supply is a low-voltage constant-current output emergency power supply dedicated to LEDs. When the power supply is normal, the inverter makes the emergency lighting battery pack in a charging and standby state; when the power is cut off, the inverter starts immediately, and the power supply is converted to the battery pack to continue lighting. Lamps, the conversion time is less than 0.5 seconds. Matching batteries of different capacities, the emergency lighting time can reach 1-3 hours, and it is suitable for driving external LED emergency lamps with a power of 1-150W;

Converter-EM118H

Bespoke Product Design : extreme compact and curved This EM118H range of LED emergency converter are designed for our LED luminaires partner, due to its internal limited space for emergency solution. It works with the most LED arrays of ceiling luminaires between 20V and 130V. Due to compact and curved size, we have to reselect the components to install on PCB (printed circuits board) and maintain the same high performance, 3 hours emergency duration. No compromised Electric Performance This EM118H will convert almost all ceiling lights to emergency operation after mains power failure, for most of LED luminares factories. The converter is installed into the connection between the mains LED driver and the LEDs arrays. Its working ambient temperature covers from 0℃ to 55℃ degree, meanwhile its storage temperatures can accept upto 70℃ degree. The Emtrons’ Poweriod™ LiFePo4 battery pack can provide more than three(3)  hours emergency load. . PCB Module Product We provide this PCB module to our partners, as semi-assemble product. The EM118H range is designed for three versions, which integrates as Manual Testing, Auto Testing and DALI 2.0 version, also furthermore Central Battery (CB) version. Converter-EM119H

The EM119H range of LED emergency module is designed as elegant,slim and compact size.This current-select series consists of highly efficient, linear, constant current LED emergency converters with LiFePo4 battery pack. These converters provide economic and flexible solutions for indoor lighting applications. The slim type PC structures with extra side holes, to provide more flexibility in various fixtures. EM100H can achieve three output emergency powers and times by shorting the designated current selection buttons on the driver,from 1 hours to 3 hours, and from 2W to 5W emergency power. The output voltage to LED loads or arrays is a universal 20–300V DC, which it is able to convert stably almost all LED module or arrays to emergency operation.Its surge protection reach 2KV. This converter is verified by TUV Labs, with ENEC certification, CE UKCA marks. Its working ambient temperature covers from 0℃ to 55℃ degree, meanwhile its storage temperatures can accept upto 70℃ degree. Converter-EM120H

This EM120H with 30W emergency power is remarkable product from Emtrons, play key role in Emtrons product portfolio. This emergency driver is perfectly and precisely designed for LED high bay luminaires and LED flood lights for smart industrial applications. Its output voltage supports from 30V to 250V DC LED loads, which can covers almost every fitting in warehouse, schools, facade lighting applications. Die-casting aluminium housing with integrated high capacity Poweriod™ LiFePO4 battery, makes it as IP 65 & IK08, to supply the fitting with 3hours emergency time. The connect terminals have IP68 certified protection, which is quite suitable for extreme critical wet areas. EM120H adopts a manual electric switch called DIP(Dual in-line package) switch, combines three power emergency wattage, to help our customers to reduce SKU inventory and spare parts stock. Its emergency power can be selected by stainless steel bottom. It have two optional installation accessories, horizontal and vertical brackets. The additional holes with well design, is to work with WIFI sensor, to build a whole new smart industrial high bay with various functions, such lux monitor control, panel monitor, energy consumption analyst.etc. Importantly this EM120H is awarded as world First high power emergency driver in DALI 2.0, according to DALI Alliance verification, on 1st August 2022. This EM120H still remains the capacity to work with 42W 3 hours emergency modules.
