This innovative system delivers 20-150V adjustable output voltage with exceptional ±2% stability, enabled by proprietary Dynamic Load Tracking Technology that automatically compensates for line fluctuations and load variations. Building upon a foundation of operational safety, the converter incorporates a 3,750V reinforced isolation architecture compliant with IEC 62368-1 Class II requirements. This dual-barrier insulation system, validated through rigorous dielectric testing, ensures complete electrical separation between primary and secondary circuits - a critical safeguard when operating at 150V output levels. Most notably, this power supply adopts constant power technology. This is Emdriver, Emtrons driver. Emdriver is an innovative solution that seamlessly integrates conventional LED driver functionality with emergency operation within a single unit. This is our first ever trial for product develop. This represents our inaugural venture into product development, designed to simplify wiring tasks for local technicians. The Emdriver accommodates a wide array of LED loads, demonstrating a proven track record of reliability. The incorporation of a DIP switch enables users to easily configure the LED fixture, selecting up to 55W in increments of 30mA. This versatility ensures compati-bility with various LED fixtures, including panels, downlights, spotlights, and battens. In emergency mode, the Emdriver delivers a constant power output of either 3W or 5W. We offer both isolated and non-isolated versions to cater to the diverse requirements of contemporary LED fixtures. Inspired by the Emtron EM110H product, the Emdriver features a transparent battery design, allowing for visibility of the high-per- formance Poweriod battery, although it does not support battery replacement. During emergency operation, the Emdriver is compliant with the latest IEC standards. As a standard feature, it is equipped with a Self-Test function that includes Manual Test capabilities, thereby negating the need for a separate Manual Test version in the marketplace. This innovative product features a battery pack that, while securely integrated, offers remarkable flexibility for replacement after 3 to 5 years of use. When it's time to change the battery, no tools are required, making the process quick and convenient. The DALI 2.0 compliant version, adhering to the latest IEC62386-2-202 standards, is available upon request.

This emergency driver has been meticulously crafted to cater to LED high bay luminaires and LED flood lights, specifically tailored for smart industrial applications. Its output voltage accommodates LED loads ranging from 30V to 250V DC, covering a wide array of fittings in settings such as warehouses, schools, and facade lighting applications. With its die-cast aluminium housing and integrated high-capacity Poweriod™ LiFePO4 battery, the EM120H boasts an IP65 & IK08 rating, ensuring it can power the fitting for up to 3 hours during emergencies. The connect terminals are IP68 certified, offering robust protection suitable for demanding wet environments. The EM120H features a manual electric switch known as a DIP (Dual in-line package) switch, incorporating three power emergency wattages. This design helps customers streamline their SKU inventory and spare parts stock. The emergency power can be selected via a stainless steel bottom. The driver also comes with two optional installation accessories: horizontal and vertical brackets. Additional holes, thoughtfully incorporated into the design, can accommodate a WIFI sensor, enabling the creation of a smart industrial high bay with various functions such as lux monitoring control, panel monitoring, energy consumption analysis, and more. A significant highlight is that the EM120H holds the distinction of being the world's first high-power emergency driver in DALI 2.0, a recognition verified by the DALI Alliance on August 1, 2022. Notably, the EM120H maintains compatibility with 42W 3-hour emergency modules.
